In order to get ending 1, you need to make sure that everyone is safe.

In order to do this, you'll need to find a way to convince Frances to come with you, even if you have Stash. To do this, you must do something in the sewers before you get to her. If you don't have an item, you cannot convince her, no matter what you say.

You must have Stash with you.

Before you get into the sewer, you must have the bottle opener. In the sewer, you need to get the coin from the hole that you can enter into with Stash. You must use the coin on the vending machine. Give the item from the vending machine to Frances. Convince her to come with you and Stash.

You will likely get this ending your first playthrough. Don't be specifically mean to anyone though.

You can either have Stash or leave her behind, but you can't both pick Stash up and intentionally let Frances go into the sewer.

Be an asshole to everyone.

Pick up Stash.

Tell Frances to go deeper into the train station.

Close the door on Joshua's face.

Visit the CEO.

Pet The Dog. A Lot. In fact, pet anything you can.

Pet Stash in every room. Multiple times if you can.

This ending will start to take place before you even enter the sewer. 

You must also pet Frances.

You can also pet buttons!

Pet everything you can.

You need the toilet brush to do this ending.

You must use the toilet brush in the weird hole where you can dig dirt in the basement.

Once you've done this, just try to use the toilet brush as much as possible everywhere.

Show it to Frances. Use it everywhere you can.

This ending will take place before you get the keycard in the office.
